Application Process
MM2H Visa Application Process
The new program is now divided into four main tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and the Special Economic Zone (SEZ/SFZ) category, each with varying financial requirements and visa durations.
1. Initial Consultation
- Receive a comprehensive briefing on the MM2H programme, including its requirements, benefits, and application process.
- Complete a “Know Your Client” consultation to understand your background, objectives, and eligibility, enabling us to recommend the most suitable MM2H option.
- Receive guidance on the documents required for your MM2H application.
2. Appointment of MM2H Sponsor
- Sign the service agreement to appoint Armani Global as your official MM2H sponsor and consultant.
- Pay a 20% deposit upon signing the agreement.
3. Document Preparation & Screening
- Prepare the required documents with our guidance.
- We will review and verify all documents to ensure they meet the programme requirements, including certification where applicable.
4. Application Submission
- Once all required documents have been completed and verified, Armani Global will submit your MM2H application to the relevant authorities.
5. Conditional Approval & Post-Approval Requirements
Upon receiving the Conditional Approval Letter, applicants will be guided through the following:
- Travel to Malaysia (if applicable).
- Open an MM2H Fixed Deposit account and place the required fixed deposit.
- Undergo a medical examination.
- Purchase the required basic medical insurance.
- Pay the remaining 80% balance of the fee.
6. MM2H Social Visit Pass Endorsement
- Armani Global will arrange and process the endorsement of your MM2H Social Visit Pass with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) in Putrajaya.
- Upon completion, your passport will be returned to your designated location.
7. Property Purchase
- Purchase the required residential property in accordance with the applicable MM2H programme requirements.
- The property purchase must be completed within one (1) year from the date of your MM2H Social Visit Pass endorsement.

Minimum Fees are fixed under the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723] and they are as follows:

Post Endorsement Service
MM2H Renewal Services
One of the key services we provide under the MM2H programme is the processing of MM2H Renewal applications. We are committed to ensuring that applicants are renewed under the same terms and conditions as their original approval whenever possible.
To process a renewal application, a copy of the original MM2H Approval Letter issued by Immigration Malaysia will be required to determine the Renewal requirements.
